All zoologists, of every size and shape! Welcome to my site and thanks for clicking on the 47th episode in our series about beasts. We’ll be looking at the aggressive, slightly larger cousin of the pig today. Ladies and gentlemen, we’re going to be looking at the 5e boar monster. You should write an interesting article. The basic rules set includes the boar. This means that almost anyone can access him. He is also a cr-1/4 hell yah, which is 50 experience points per kill. However, you have to work a bit harder. Let’s now take a look at his statistics.
Table of Contents
The boar can be considered a medium-sized beast, but it is not aligned. AC is 11 and hit points 11 are calculated by rolling 2d8 and adding two, and an amazing speed of 40ft.
- Type: Medium Bear, Unaligned
- AC: 11
- HP: 11(2D8+2)
- Speed: 40ft
Take a look at these stats. You can now see that he is as strong and healthy as one would expect from a boar. He’s not as strong in other areas.
- STR: 13(+1)
- DEX: 11(+0)
- CON: 12(+1)
- INT: 2(-4)
- WIS: 9(-1)
- CHA: 5(-3)
His only sense is his passive vision of 9. This is not something to brag about. Let’s now take a closer look at some of his other attributes.
Charge : Let’s say that a boar monster moves at least 20ft. towards its target. If it hits it on the same turn with a tusk strike, the target will take an additional 3 (1d6) slashing damages. Let’s say the target is a creature. It must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw, or it will be knocked unconscious.
The boar also has one cool ability called Relentless, which recharges the body after taking a rest for a few seconds or longer.
Relentless: (Recharges After a Short or Long Rest).: Let’s say that the boar dnd5e monster suffers 7 damage, or less. If it takes 7, it will be reduced to 0 hitpoints, but it gets reduced to 1 instead.
This is great stuff. It’s something i really like. Although it’s a cool concept, I think this will be an issue for early-level adventurers. It makes some sense in the cr1 bracket. Let’s now take a closer look at what he did.
A tusk attack is the only attack that the boar can make. This melee weapon attack is +3 to hit and has a reach of five feet. It can only hit one target, and does 4 slashing injury per hit.
Tusk – With its tusk attack, it can create a Melee Weapon Attack. +3 to hit. It can reach 5 feet. and one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage.
This is great stuff. I love the boar. This particular creature is very dangerous. Before you start using them, it is important to understand how your party works together. You’ll be hitting them with 7 hits points if they are casters. They might also be struck with that constant. Casters don’t usually have the greatest strength so you may be hit prone.
You should be cautious when using the boar. I would incorporate them in my campaign as a bonus. They are probably used to protect the pigs, or I have liked some boars that come with the boar stat blocks and then others that go with pigs to balance the effect of the boars protecting the pigs.

Let me know what you think about them in the comments section. Please share any comments, thoughts or stories you have about the boars. I wish you a wonderful day, and as always, happy research.
A person is writing an article about the boar monster, and he is talking about what the creature’s stats are like and then telling the reader that it has traits such as being able to charge towards its target, using tusk attacks to hit them with 4 slashing damage, and having relentless after taking
