Hello zoologists of all shapes and sizes! Welcome to my spellbook and thank you so much for clicked on 22nd episode of our beast series. Today we’re looking at a very strange case. We’re looking at the Pig but it’s strange because this particular beast isn’t actually found anywhere in the basic rule set it just really weird. Instead its actually located under the stormking’s thunder suppliment. It’s really interesting stuff. I think there is actually three serious monsters found in there. I think the pig, the sheep and the tressym i believe is all of them. I don’t know anyways we will be covering them in a bit here. So the pig is a relatively unexciting creature, it is pretty boring. Lets check out its stats.
So he is considered to be a medium beast and like mosts beats are unaligned. AC of 10, 5 hit points which is actually a little bit more than a lot of beats we’ve been covering. calculated by rolling a die 8 and adding a 1 to it. Also it has a movement speed of 30 feet which puts them in a line with most medium creatures.
- Type: Medium Beast, Unaligned
- AC: 10
- HP: 5(1D8+1)
- Speed: 30ft
Looking at its stats a little bit strong, a little bit constitution but not overly bright or really good at anything else.
- STR: 13(+1)
- DEX: 11(+0)
- CON: 12(+1)
- INT: 2(-4)
- WIS: 9(-1)
- CHA: 5(-3)
It only has one sense and that is passive perception of 9. Outside of that there is nothing to really report on him too too much. I think there are great animal to provide your party as a food source or may be even as a kind of background and NPC kind of creature.
That being said if you have any cool ideas on how to work them into your game or any thoughts, questions, comments or concerns please put them down beneath in the comment section i really do appreciate it. That being said i hope you all have a wonderful day and as always happy researching.
